The Minister had indicated in his budget speech to parliament then consumers like myself would be able to purchase low sulpur diesel fuel at two stations come June 24, 2013.
Well its June and though we are just 4 days into the month, there appears to be great uncertainty as to when we will actually see this fuel flowing from the pumps.
Petrojam which is responsible for finding the fuel had reported the following
“We’re in the process of sourcing the fuel. Most likely it will be coming from the United States,” Winston Watson, Petrojam’s general manager told Auto. Watson said the low-sulphur fuel was not available from Venzuela.
Can we have an update on the progress of this “sourcing” from Mr Watson ( if its not going to happen) or the Minister (if its going to happen).

Mr. Paulwell is an example of exactly why we just can’t get things right.

Paulwell came through this time around and promise made promise kept. Well done Sir, well done.
I suggest to go on that trip to Venezuela alone and tell the PM stay home and look after the affairs of the country.
She says she has competent Minister and so I see no need to follow you around on that Petro Caribe trip.
