Bright promising woman murdered on her way to work – Duhaney Park

This morning shortly after 7am gunshots rang out and a bus stop in Duhaney park and at the end of the barrage of shots lay dead a young promising woman , who was on her way to earn a honest living.

The young woman was only recently promoted at the company she worked for, which is located a short distance away up Washington Blvd (DIJL) and had only just completed  one course and was about to start another one to upgrade her skills and qualification.

Reports are shortly after leaving her home in Duhaney Park, she was trailed by a motor car. On reaching the bus stop the car stopped and  one man emerged from the car and opened fire on her, then jumped back into the car which sped away.

Passing motorist tried to assist her to the hospital, but  by then she was already dead.

Another promising life snuffed out by cold and calculated killers.
