Consumer confidence suffers its worst decline on record !

Business and consumer confidence is now at one of its lowest points ever, with only 19% of consumers believing that things will get better this year. This precipitous slide is an indictment of the poor performance of the Portia Simpson Miller led administration  whose missteps after missteps along with massive taxes and no economic growth plan has shattered consumer and business confidence in the country.

I shudder to think where the country would have been now if the PNP had retained power in 2007 when the worldwide recession was just setting in.
