As I reflected on what has occurred over the last two days, I simply held my head in my hands and sobbed( Like Peter Bunting) on what has become of Jamaica. Simple things that require simple actions to result in a simple outcome has become so complicated , that it has left Jamaicans confused, angry and disappointed and many shopper keepers, supermarket and distributors are left counting their losses.
The BSJ say they have no LEGAL basis on which to call the names. The BSJ head who happens to be a medical doctors appears to have missed the ethical part of his practice
- A physician shall recognize a responsibility to participate in activities contributing to the improvement of the community and the betterment of public health.
- A physician shall, while caring for a patient, regard responsibility to the patient as paramount.
I will only say this in closing, just look at the myriad of major issues we have to address in terms of crime as well as the economy, yet we have spent the better part of an entire week speaking about tissue.
