Peter Bunting statement over the weekend during which he admitted that the only thing now can save Jamaica is divine intervention, while noble, is in fact and admission that Jamaica is indeed a failed state.
A failed state has several attributes. Common indicators include a state whose central government is so weak or ineffective that it has little practical control over much of its territory; non-provision of public services; widespread corruption and criminality; refugees and involuntary movement of populations; sharp economic decline
You can check the failed state index to see where Jamaica falls.

The PNP has successfully moved Jamaica to failed state status after over 20 yrs of stellar and effective leadership aided and abetted by an educated population, who knows exactly what they want.
Thank you Portia and the PNP.
My bags are packed and I am out of here on the weekend .
