Peter Phillips answered those questions today; We have not yet submitted our letter of intent.
I guess the cops “stick up” the IMF deal
I am sure I heard someone in Opposition said no agreement until the 2nd Quarter of this year.
I am sure the Minister of Finance is watching the situation in Cyprus and taking notes for the next act of piracy.

Its so good that we have ways and means to get information from sources other than our government.
Peter says we could still make it for end of March, but as can be seen from the meeting schedule in the link above, there is nothing in the pipeline for Jamaica.
The last update was Feb 6, so may just maybe a new schedule will be issued today.
