Andrea Franklyn has suggested that they are calling in all 60 candidates because they have no idea where the Olint US$5M went. He said the money did not come into the party via any single account and as such its a “tedious” to try and find the US$5M or J$400M. I find it incredulous that so much money could have been given to “party” and /or its candiates and there are no traceable records of how the money came in and how it was spent.
I have my own information as to the whereabouts of at least some of the money who actually received it and where it may have ended up.
We will however await the official report.

Jay, when I said that “contributions” have a way of ending up in peoples personal accounts, your thought I was crazy. There is US$2 Million to the PNP that is still unaccounted for and the US$1 Million that was eventually found in some dormant account controlled by the Former Prime Minister (that he no longer controls), points to the black hole that exist when campaign funding is involve.
There are two key persons that are suspect when it comes to that US$5 Million. Their names are always associated with Olint. Then again, we had one individual who seemed to have found instant wealth and start buying multiple properties in Florida after the 2007 Election and had available funds to finance his daughters education in Florida. It appears that the US$5 Million was distributed among a group of key people.
