Can some please wake my up from this dream and nightmare !
I dreamt last night that the government is totally broke and is unable to meet July’s wage bill unless tax revenue picks up pace this month. I further dreamt that the rush to have taxes on basic food consumed by the poor was not a mistake, simply because the poor uses most of their wealth to buy food, so their funds via GCT is a sure thing.
I also dreamt that there were more raids by TAJ as the government seeks desperately to collect outstanding taxes, to stave off a collaspe of the government.
Finally I dreamt that Portia Simpson Miller finally spoke to the people breaking her silence and promised relief for the poor.
Portia said she would be Jamaica’s worst nightmare in 2007, however I never dreamt(pun intended) she meant until she left politicsl office.
Jay, where have you been!! Jamaica has been broke for quite a while now. When any entity or person has to get a loan to pay their bills it simply means they are broke! We have been applauding the acquisition of loans for a while now. The chickens have come home to roost. When remittance is seen as an indication of the health of our economy we know we are in big trouble.
Hey Jay, this is not related to the current topic, but who is Winstin Jones? He was arrested yesterday in a little town in Georgia known as Albany. From what I am hearing he is one of Dudus’ associates. Was wanted for gun running and was wanted by the feds. He was also in the US illegaly…again. Looks like somebody is giving info, and the gangsters ar just pointing yo aplace on the map and hiding there.
ALBANY, GA —
The Albany Police Department arrested an illegal alien Thursday for trafficking of firearms and marijuana.
Winston Jones, an illegal alien from Jamaica was arrested Thursday at his apartment in Albany. Jones was charged with trafficking of firearms and marijuana along with his female companion assumed to be his girlfriend. Jones had been deported from the United States once before, and will once again go through the process in the coming days.
“I can say that we are certainly excited about capturing him, being that he was an individual that was trafficking significant numbers of firearms here in the states” said Prurince Dice of the Albany Gang Unit.
Dice went on to state that multiple agencies were involved in this case, and that they had been tracking this individual for many months. Jones will be charged here in the United States for his crimes, and deported back to Jamaica shortly after.
